SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed will be fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days from the date of order placed. We use UPS for national and international service. If a preferred shipping partner is requested, please notify in the comments box you will will be emailed the added total fee.

We use only Eco-friendly packing material and shipping containers. We do our best to insure the item(s) are as secured as possible. If breakage does occur, please see return and exchange policy.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases are final. If breakage occurs during shipment, you must notify use within 10 days of receiving the product with photos showing the damage. Please keep in mind that items are one of a kind and replacement is of like and not exactly the same. If the product is a commision, you must allow for up to 3 months for a replacement to be made. monetary refund will not be allowed.
